Refund & Cancellation Policy


  • Registration fee once paid by a candidate cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded..
  • This payment is made towards application fee only. However, the candidate should submit the application ONLINE by referring the payment details within the stipulated dates as per the OUCET 2016 notification. Please ensure that you submit the application ONLINE with in the stipulated date for that fee.
  • Mere submission of online application for OUCET-2016 will not confer any right on the candidate for admission.
  • Any legal disputes should be limited to Hyderabad jurisdiction.
The eligibility of the candidates is not verified at the time of application and during the entrance test. The verification will be done only during the admissions. Hence, candidates are advised to ensure that they are eligible for the courses they are applying for.
