1. Where can I buy the Application form?
Note: Manual Applications are not available for purchase as the application submission is completely online.
2. How do I apply ONLINE?
Visit the website http://www.ouadmissions.com or Read the instructions given to the candidate thoroughly. For the detailed procedure to fill online application refer to the user guide.
The procedure for online application is a two step process: (i) Registration/Fee Payment (ii) Filling online application. Test Fee payment can be made at any of the TS/AP Online Centers or using Credit/Debit Card or using Net banking.
(i) APOnline Mode: First the requisite fee is to be paid at the APOnline center by providing details of the candidate such as Name, Gender,Date of Birth, SSC Hall Ticket Number and Month & Year of passing SSC, Mobile Number and ID. Once the details of the candidate are registered successfully the candidate receives Registration ID to the Mobile Number and also to email ID provided.Proceed for filling the online application form by visiting the website: http://www.ouadmissions.com or www.osmania.ac.in.
On the OUCET 2017 home page enter the login details i.e Registration ID, MobileNumber and Date of Birth.Click Login for the online application form to appear. Keep a scaned photograph with less than 40 kb size and scanned signature ready before filling the online form. Carefully select the items as applicable to you.
(ii) Debit/ Credit Card Mode : Visit the website http://www.ouadmissions.com or www.osmania.ac . On the OUCET 2017 home page click "New Applicant Register Here". Select the fee payment option as Credit/Debit Card. Enter the candidate details such as Name, Gender,Date of Birth, SSC Hall Ticket Number and Month & Year of passing SSC, Mobile Number and Email Id Click "Register". A Registration Confirmation Page Appears.Check the details displayed. For any changes select Edit otherwise click the "Pay Now" Button.Follow the steps to complete the payment process.
After successfully completing the transaction the details of the candidate are registered successfully and the candidate receives Registration ID to theMobile Number provided and also to email ID. Proceed for filling the online application form by using the Login detials i.e Registration ID, MobileNumber and Date of Birth
Proceed to fill the online application form" if you are ready with the required data such as scanned photograph (size less than 40kb) and scanned signature else the application form can be filled later after acquiring the required data.
(iii) Net Banking : Follow the same procedure given for Credit/Debit mode except select the fee payment option as Net Banking.
3. Should I need to upload any certificates?
For Online application no certificates are required to be uploaded.
4. Can I apply for more than one test?
Yes, you can apply for more than one test.
5. If I wish to appear for more than one test which is scheduled on the same day in different sessions will I be allotted the same Test centre or different Test centres?
Generally, you will be allotted the same Test centre to appear for both the tests scheduled on the same day in different sessions.
6. How much is the Registration fee for OUCET 2017?
Registration fee to appear for OUCET 2017 for a single subject is Rs.500/-for OC/BC candidates and Rs.375/- for SC/ST/PH candidates. For each additional subject, the fee is Rs.300/- for all categories..
7. What is the last date for fee payment and online application submission?
Without Late Fee : 08.05.2017
With Late Fee of Rs. 200/- : 15.05.2017
With Late Fee of Rs. 500/- : 22.05.2017
8. Do I need to post the application form?
No need to post the application form.
9. Do I need to preserve the Registration ID?
Registration ID is personal to the candidate and should not be shared with friends or others.
10. After completing the ONLINE application process and generating printable Application form, will I be able to login again to change my application data?
No, after completing all the steps up to "Filled in Application Form" generation in ONLINE application process, you can only print the application form and cannot modify the data. However, if you feel there are any corrections required then you can contact the OUCET 2017 office or send an e-mail to the OUCET2017@gmail.com or contact 9177675987.
11. If I misplace my copy of the "Filled In Online Application Form", how to get another copy of it?
You can take a fresh printout of the “Filled In Online Application Form” from the website http://www.ouadmissions.comby giving suitable details.
12. I have missed to take a print of my ONLINE application at the end of my application process. How will I get access to it?
You can take a copy by entering the Registration number and other relevant information take a printout from the http://www.ouadmissions.com by Entering your Login Credentials and go to tab “My Account” & click "My Application".
13. I did some mistake in filling the Online application, then how it can be change?
If there is any correction required in the data, contact the OUCET 2017 office or send an e-mail to the OUCET2017@gmail.comor contact 9177675987.
14. What if I don’t have a Mobile number?
Mobile number is a mandatory detail as your Registration Id., Payment confirmation or any other future correspondence is through the correct Mobile number you enter. Hence, if you don’t have a Mobile number enter the mobile number of your parents / guardian or close relatives / friends whom you can trust.
